Despite building a successful accounting business without a web presence, Marc Kiner knew he was missing out on potential clients. So when he recently developed a new business plan to expand the scope of his services, he also implemented new marketing strategies to reach prospective customers.

"It is no secret that the internet has changed the way people shop for service providers," say Kiner, a CPA with over twenty-five years of experience.  "Relationship marketing is still essential, but I view our new website as a tool to help us reach a broader share of the marketplace."

Established in 2003, Kiner & Associates has been a trusted accountant for Cincinnati residents and small businesses for almost a decade. Kiner's new offerings for 2010 include a focus Social Security and Long Term Care. Mr. Kiner is in the process of creating additional web sites to serve as a resource tool for Social Security and long term care.  The Social Security services include a unique Social Security Benefits Analysis.  The firm has hired a 35 year veteran from the Social Security Administration to provide Social Security services.
